Is there any serial port console on these somewhere? Even internal / JTAG or something? That would have saved me considerable time.
I saw RUTX11 Serial Utilities - Teltonika Networks Wiki but the options are grayed out on my test unit here.

You need a USB-TTL-TTL-USB to connect to the USB port and get a login: prompt.

For the internal access you need a very special connector I have looked at the problem but I still don"t have one.
