Hello everyone.
The last 1 year or so, we are receiving a lot of incidents with UP/DOWN port states in different RUTx11 devices (out of a fleet of 100 RUTx11). It doesnt matter if the device is updated to the latest FW or not, same happens to 7.05 or older. Usually we make the update if is not already and then we use the device until happens again or not.
But the last device I received with the same issue, it does something stranger (to me).
With only LAN1 connected, is fine. When adding a device at LAN2, the 2nd device is never connected and the LAN2 port state starts the UPs/DOWNs. In order for the LAN2 to be usable I must unplug both ports and plug again only to the LAN2. No such configuration is applied from us to the device.
In parallel with this process the web GUI starts lagging if not exits at all.
If necessary please inform me to sent you the troubleshooting file. The attachment option is disabled for me.
