RUTX11 port forwarding from Wireless to LAN

Hi,

Here is my settings in brief, I have a webserver running in the LAN and wired to port LAN1. Configured a wireless accesspoint. Wifi clients (192.168.100.101-111) can
access the webserver by it’s real IP (10.10.0.10). But I don’t want to expose the LAN IP address to the wifi clients. I want wifi clients will access the webserver
by the wifi interface’s IP, eg 192.168.100.1

I tried port forwarding without success. need help.

Device: RUTX11
FW: RUTX_R_00.07.07.3

LAN: 10.10.0.1
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Web server IP: 10.10.0.10

Wireless
SSID: Guest_Wifi
frequency : 5GHz
network: EXTwifi

Network → LAN → EXTwifi
IP: 192.168.100.1
netmask: 255.255.255.0
Enable DHCPv4 : on
physical settings: Bridge interfaces → off

Network → Firewall → Zones
Name: extWIFI
Input: Accept
Output: Accept
Foward: Accept

Inter-Zone Forwarding → Allow forward to destination zones → LAN

Hi Karkop,

Port forwarding is one solution to consider here. First, make sure that router is accessible via Wi-Fi Interface. Enable remote http access under System → Administration → Access Control. For your port forwarding rule, external port could be any (i.e. 5555). Internal IP address: 10.10.0.10 Internal Port: 80 (if http). After enabling this instance, your wifi clients should be able to access the webserver by connecting to 192.168.100.1:5555.

If it will be LAN to LAN forwarding, then change source zone to lan

Let me know if this helps.

Regards,

I found the issue. After removing the LAN for forwading destination, port forwarding started to work, as it should.

Inter-Zone Forwarding → Allow forward to destination zones → LAN

Thank you Janmiguel.
