RUTX11 not sending data to AVL server

I have an RUTX11 that is not sending any data to an AVL server. It is using the same AVL configuration that my other RUTX11 devices are using, which are able to properly send data. No packets are transferred when running tcpdump on the device.

Are you using the same APN for all of your RUTX11? Can you try to ping your AVL server if it is reachable? If all configuration is similar, you can try to pull out a back up file from a working RUTX11, and upload it on the non-working one. Then, change the necessary information.
