RUTX11 No conectivity after firmware upgrade

Hi. I have an RUTX11 which has no connectivity (or indication of life) after the latest firmware upgrade RUTX_R_00.07.17.5. no wifi, webui, absolutely nothing except a flashing LAN indication. I have tried a factory reset, nothing happens, I’ve used the Bootloader Menu, and i says the upload has been successful, clicked update, and nothing happens. My computer says it has a active network connection when i plug in ethernet cable, but nothing happens, not one light, or indication of life.

Can anybody offer some advice about possible solutions or if there is return and repair service, Teltonica just do not reply to my messages over the past 4 months.

Have you had a chance to try using a different power supply unit, or could you confirm that your current one is the 18 W?

Also, could you check whether the router’s Wi-Fi access point (SSID) is visible or if it is possible to connect to the device CLI via SSH? If SSH access is available, please share the output of the following command:

hexdump -C /dev/mtd1

If none of these steps work and the device remains unresponsive, it may unfortunately indicate a hardware failure. In that case, you should contact your local reseller from whom the unit was purchased to arrange an RMA for warranty replacement or repair.
