Never seen this before. Has anyone else?
Carrier (Verizon MVNO/US Mobile) says the device IMEI and ICCID are not blocked, blacklisted etc. It happened this morning when firmware was at 7.07.1. I installed 7.07.2 just in case, but the problem persisted. I’ve also clicked the “Restart Connection” button a couple of times.
I’m not physically close to this location so I am unable to check for antenna damage right now. This RUTX11 is using an external (outdoor) antenna connected via a 50ft RP-SMA twin cable.
The service re-established itself about 6 hours later. Maybe the cell tower was undergoing maintenance. The antennas were inspected and no damage was noted.

I had the same situation. I used a SIM card with an operator that had full coverage in my area, but I didn’t connect the antenna correctly. Then I inserted another SIM card from a different operator and had the exact same issue. Please make sure you have the correct antenna and that it is properly adjusted. Also, ensure that there is good coverage in that location.
