RUTX11 Invalid username and / or password! Please try again

I am unable to log in to the RUTX11 WebUI, despite completing the full device recovery process.

Steps completed:

  1. Device reset
  2. Factory reset and reboot
  3. Bootloader firmware update (RUTX_R_00.07.19.1_WEBUI)

In all cases, the login page returns the message:

  • “Invalid username and/or password! Please try again.”

Credentials used:

  • Username: admin
  • Password: as printed on the back panel of the RUTX11

Although the unit is batch no. 071, I have also attempted using admin01 as the password, but without success.

Despite not being able to access the WebUI, the device does still provide internet connectivity from the initial configuration. I simply cannot access the interface to make any changes.

Please make sure to follow the instructions in the link below to properly reset the device:

Additionally, to ensure the password is being entered correctly, you can try using the Teltonika RMS app. After downloading the app and creating an account, tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner and scan the QR code on the device. The app will automatically populate the password. Please verify that it matches the one you are using to log in to the WebUI.
