RUTX11 - Internal modem unreachable

Hello,

I am unable to recover my RUTX11 after “internal modem unreachable” error.
I have tried factory reset/firmware update to newest firmware.

The lack of a device with ending “:9008” suggest that the modem is unrecoverable?

Unfortunately, you are correct. If “9008” does not appear in the lsusb output, the modem is not recoverable, and the only option would be to send the device for repair. Please contact your reseller for further assistance.
