Rutx11 how blocking services for some pc on lan?

Hello Team,
How can I block or permit some services or internet traffic for some pc on my RUTX11 ?
Do I have create a new LAN (Lan 1, Lan2…) for some pc or better way by Vlan ?
I know there is a block traffic filter, but it for all in the same Lan. I need to have two different Lan. or have some pc on another Lan like Vlan, to block some internet traffic, or games, or other services. Is it Possible and how I can do it ?

Go to LAN and do the static dhcp for the PC that you allow everything..

Should be the rule that coming before any other rule for lan to wan

and the others PC at you network
do a restrictive rules, selecting what you allow and what you don’t.

But… Maybe there is another way to do what you want.

I have the problem to have a conflict within pc on the same lan about Bitdefender’s vpn too. So I can use one or the other one but not together otherwise the router block everyone and I have to change PDP type ipv4 to ipv4/ipv6 three or four time before router let me use vpn again…very strange things…
