RUTX11 FW 7.13.1 Port State Bugged

In the most recent Firmware release, all ports on the Teltonika end show as disabled and cannot be edited in any manner. Is this a known bug?

Hello,

It is the 802.1X functionality that is disabled, not the port itself as the first graphic shows LAN1 and LAN2 have a GbE connection.

Unfortunately that does not reflect the state in 7.12.3

As you can see the LAN shows as enabled when the port is active and on RMS for the first example, the LAN is show as enabled

You are right the colors are deceptive.

HI,

  1. In both examples different pages are being shown: first - 802.1x, second - Port settings. If you want generic port information always use “Port settings” page.
  2. You need select at least one port before you can click edit button.
