RutX11 cannot connect to mobile network

Hello,

Could you please try the following steps:

  1. Check with your provider whether the router’s IMEI is blocked.
  2. Verify SIM card compatibility:
    Check if the SIM card supports both IPv4 and IPv6 PDP types.
    If it only supports IPv4, set the PDP type to IPv4 only.
  3. Perform a network scan:
    Go to Network → Mobile → Network Operators and start a scan.
    After the scan, you should see which operators the modem can attempt to connect to.
  4. Try manual band selection:
    Go to Network → Mobile → General and select bands manually.
  5. Enable VoLTE if it is currently disabled.
