Could you please try the following steps:
- Check with your provider whether the router’s IMEI is blocked.
- Verify SIM card compatibility:
Check if the SIM card supports both IPv4 and IPv6 PDP types.
If it only supports IPv4, set the PDP type to IPv4 only. - Perform a network scan:
Go to Network → Mobile → Network Operators and start a scan.
After the scan, you should see which operators the modem can attempt to connect to. - Try manual band selection:
Go to Network → Mobile → General and select bands manually. - Enable VoLTE if it is currently disabled.
