RUTX10 WiFi Bridge mode not working

Hello,
whenever I configure my RUTX10 in WIFI WAN mode or try to configure it according to the tutorial, the HTML interface crashes, the router is only accessible via CLI.
The changes made in the HTML interface are not applied.
Tried FW RUTX_R_00.07.08
Tried FW RUTX_R_00.07.07.3
Access Point is a LANCOM Router.
tried same setup with a spare RUT200 => works like a charm
Any ideas?
