RUTX09 Internal modem is unreachable

Hello,

I have issues on 2 RUTX09 which i upgraded the firmware to 07.20.1.

After the upgrade the internal modem was totally out with the message “Internal modem is unreachable (shut down unexpectedly)” displayed in the notification slide.

With the CLI i tried to obtain more information :

-”modem_updater -g”

-”lsusb”

-”ll /dev/ttyUSB*”

-”gsmctl -m”

image

So if i am correct, the internal EG06E Quectel modem is out or bricked on both RUTX09 but still seen on the usb bus.

If it is possible I would like to obtain some quectel firmware to flash it directly from the CLI via usb.

As the modem is unreachable for now i am enable to know the current firmware version, except if someone knows the path of the running firmware.
