RUTX09 cannot be upgraded from version 2.00.2 (2019)

Hello,

I have performed a seamless upgrade of more than 20 RUTX09 units from version 2.00.2 (2019) to 7.12.3 and I have been unable to upgrade or downgrade one unit. On any attempt I always end up on an indefinite running light bargraph status.

Is there any manual way through the shell to fix this? Bootloader menu is probably not supported in this version.

Could you please try updating the device from version 2.00.2 to 2.06.1 first, and then proceed with the update to version 7.12.3?

Have you successfully updated the devices to the 7.12.3 firmware? Is the issue resolved?
