I would like to briefly describe the issue we are currently facing.When the router’s connection drops for any reason, the VPN tunnel is usually restored. However, in some instances, the connection restores but the VPN tunnel does not. When this occurs, we have to visit the site and manually restart the router to restore the VPN connection.Please review the logs and let us know if you require any further information or testing from our side.Thank you for your help.
