Hi,

the latest firmware 7.19 on a RUTX 50 un-install the ZeroTier package.

Re-installing the package all of the settings comes back, the setup is not lost.

Once the package is installed, you are able to access its configuration and set the settings in your case for ZeroTier VPN. I have tested it with a several versions of the firmware (7.17.5 , 7.18.3, 7.19) and I could not replicate the issue that you’re describing.

Therefore, for troubleshooting purposes, we will require more sensitive information from your end, such as the troubleshoot file, which may contain passwords, public IP addresses, serial numbers, and such. To avoid leaking this information, we have sent you a form to fill out, which you will receive in your e-mail inbox that you have registered your account with in the forums. In the Ticket ID field of the form, please enter the ID of this thread, which is 16308.

So far I have only received an email with a link to a simple form that I have filled in and sent.

I also noticed this however zerotier gets installed back after waiting for a short period with the correct settings etc
