My internet connection is ok, I’m able to play with a browser on internet using the wifi, and the status is OK (all is green).
But when I go to the Network/eSIM Profiles I have a notification : “An internet connection is required to perform most actions”, and I’m unable to add an eSIM.
Do you know why this page doesn’t see the Internet connection?

Did you switch to eSIM before downloading a profile? What is your source of internet? Could you post a screenshot of that page?
The provider with of the SIM card (in slot 1) is Orange in France, and I’m in France at this time.

As I see in the photo, eSIM ID is N/A, so probably both 5G modems are using physical SIM cards (you did not switch to use eSIM for modem). RUTM52 has two eSIM chips, one for primary modem, second for secondary modem. Firstly, you need to decide, if you want eSIM for primary, or secondary modem.

As I said, you probably not switched to default eSIM, look ant last screenshot’s messange: ‘No eSIM detected’
Press ‘More’ and check both eSIM pages, for primary and secondary modem.
All is OK, thank you I didn’t understand that I have to tell to use the eSIM before to create it!
