Hi all,
if I want to add an eSIM profile on M54, there is no chance to add the SM-DP+ Server address, only entering the activation code is possible.
Knowing that its all included in QR code, but what if customer wants to add manually or has no possibility to use QR-code?
No normal customer will know how to “build” on your own the LPA adress:
Example LPA:1$xxx $yyyy → xxxx=SM-D P yyyy=activation code (without $)
any plan in future RutOS Firmware Updates?!
What provider do you use which doesn’t provide LPA:1 ?
Because every provider which I used they provide QR code and LPA:1 code in pdf file.
Germany.
Congstar for example sends info, looking like this:
SM-DP+ Address:
xxx.xxxx.xxxxxx.xxx
Activation code:
xxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxx
Its just if NOT working with QR code.
And in the current firmware, I only can add the activation code.
Which doesnt work standalone.
Pity not to be able to upload screenshots or pics.

got also a Vodafone eSIM PDF File here.
In it: only QR code, no activation code or SM-DP address at all as well.
Only, PIN, PUK, SIM Nr. and phone number.

Hello,
Apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. This is a known issue, and it is expected to be resolved in the upcoming 7.14 firmware version . Unfortunately, I do not have an exact release date at this time, but I will provide an update as soon as I receive any news.
