RUTM51 Ipv4 issues 5G NSA

Hi,

I am having issues where I get “IPv4 connectivity started to fail” errors a couple times a day and the internet connection goes down. Usually resolves itself with the automatic ping connection reset, but not always.

I have tried band-locking to the available bands which makes the problems happen more unfrequently. Although still disconnects sometimes.

I am getting these signal values:

Running this configuration:

  • Provider Tele2 SE 5G NSA
  • Firmware: RUTM_R_00.07.18.3
  • Modem firmware: RG500UEBAAR03A02M4G
  • POE-injector powered
  • Outdoor Antenna QuSpot

I have troubleshoot logs when the issue happens available.
