Hello, I recently purchased an RUTM50 (I see on the model page that the modem model is (Model RG520N-NA) , when I enter the IMEI on Verizon’s website to purchase prepaid hotspot plans I get an error message that “The phone associated with the Device ID you entered is not compatible with the Verizon Wireless network.” My understanding from the product literature was that this RUTM50 should support Verizon coverage in North America.
