Mobile on 4G/5G access ONLY , no physical WAN - I have enabled remote access for only HTTPS in System->Administration->Access Control, but cannot access the device’s Web UI mobile side. I can ping the mobile side. Also, I was able to access Web UI in pre-deployment lab environment but when I shipped to site, it is inaccessible. However, I can access it via LAN side.
What kind of error are you getting? A timeout or something else?
I’ve also heard some US carriers block common web ports, but not sure if the same SIM worked in a lab i guess this is not the case.
Any further teoubleshooting would need to be done from the device side. You can try capturing a .pcap from the troubleshooting menu (on mobile interface) and check if HTTPS packets reach the WebUI
yes, it mostly doesn’t work as if lucky I’ll be able to login but most of the time, I see GET request hit the IP and the next GET request stuck at Host: cdn.jsdelivr.net
