RUTM50 total fail

My RUTM50 just stopped routing traffic through the cable modem, a total failure.

It shows connectivity to the modem and cloud and, oddly, the email forwarding works. But no outbound connection from clients, for example a browser, nor inbound connections, RDP for example, are working.

The unit was working fine and there were no, repeat no changes made prior to the failure, it just stopped.

Has anyone seen this? Any recommendations?

I need reliability and a total failure for no reason has severely shaken my trust in this product.
