One of our RUTM50 routers remains online in RMS but stops providing internet access to connected devices. I can still access the router through the RMS portal and perform a remote reboot, which temporarily resolves the issue. Currently on Firmware: RUTM_R_00.07.13.4
Out of curiosity as I faced something similar in older versions, have you tried to restart the firewall /etc/init.d/firewall restart
instead of rebooting?
I have not. Did this fix the problem for you long term or is this more of a temporary fix? Thanks.
