Rutm50 not connecting to sim card

I have a RUTM50, it is paired to a poiynting puck v2. I’m travelling and i’m using that set up in my camper van.

I can’t get it to set up with a BH mobile sim card in Bosnia, I have also a Free mobile plan that works fine in france. But everytime I try to set up this card, it doesn’t want to recognize it. I think O might have messed up some settings.

I need some help thanks!!

Apologies for the delayed response.

Since the RUTM50 and Poynting antenna were working previously, to troubleshoot the issue further, please provide the following information, which you can find by navigating to Status > Network > Mobile on the WebUI of the device.

Please check the following fields:

  1. Is the SIM shown as Inserted?
  2. Is a mobile operator shown?
  3. Is the router registered to the network?
  4. Does the connection state show Connected?
  5. Is a mobile IP address assigned?

Please also confirm whether the BH Mobile SIM works normally when inserted into a phone at the same location.

This information will help us determine whether the issue is related to SIM detection, network registration, or the data connection.
