I have a RUTM50 router that is connected through AT&T Cellular 5g. I continue to get a Connection stage unknown. I have updated the firmware and I have checked with AT&T. All setting show correctly. Has anyone run into this? Is this an issue with the router or the service
From your screenshot, I see that your device has firmware version 7.06.8. Could you please confirm whether you have tried upgrading it to version 7.11.1? If you have, does the issue still persist?
I’m having a similar problem. I have two RUTM50s on AT&T Wireless Enterprise in the US. I upgraded to 7.11.4 recently and my mobile connection began dropping every two hours or so, and it requires a reboot to connect again. This was around the time I made some other config changes, so I can’t say for sure whether the issue is related to new FW. The indications are the same on both routers.
Hi Marija,
Explicitly disabling dhcp on mob1s1a1 resolved the issue. Thank you !
I do use these devices in an enterprise environment - for my records, can you elaborate on what’s causing mob1s1a1 to improperly run the dhcp client? Is it a FW bug?
Thanks,
Steve
