RUTM50 - 2nd SIM Slot not connecting

Howdy all. We are testing the RUTM50 for our mobile connectivity needs and I am running into an issue with the 2nd Sim slot. I have 2 active SIM cards, onc from Verizon and one from TMobile. When I put either in Slot 1, it connects just fine. Neither card works in Slot 2.

Any thoughts?

When using SIM slot 2, please make sure that SIM2 is selected as the default SIM in the WebUI by navigating to Network → Mobile → General → SIM2
