RUTC50 slow via Starlink on WAN

I have a RUTC50 and run Starlink via WAN.
Up until recently the internet speed has been very good.
The last week or so and the internet is slow and unreliable via the RUTC50.
Running a speed test shows download speeds of 60-70mbps, but the internet is terrible.
When i connect the Starlink router its blindingly fast showing that Starlink is fine/
Where we currently are the Cellular network is non-existent.

Has there been a change to the RUTC50 to make it so unreliable from what it previously was?
Is the lack of Cellular causing WAN issues?

Update:
Removed RUTC50 and reconnected the RUTX50 and the internet is back to normal operation.

I either have a faulty RUTC50 or the latest update is unreliable. RUTX50 still running old software and not willing to do the update the system has available.
