RUTC50 - PPPoE config not working

Hi,

My RUTC50 has lost its settings and I’m having issues connecting to my ISP using my PPPoE settings.

I’m adding the UN and PW correctly and still my interface is down.

This happened after me updating my FW on the router to 7.12.3

Hi,

Are you sure no VLANs need to be configured? Some ISPs require VLAN configuration alongside username and password

Perhaps the username need to be in email format as in the example?
Also, which plan are you on? BYO modem… or Bundled nbm?
