I am loosing internet access randomly. suddenly there is no wan access (sim card)
I have downloaded a troubleshoot file right after this happened
I am not sure how to troubleshoot
restarting modem does not solve the issue
only rebooting restores internet
can you please assist me on the troubleshooting steps next time this happens so I can gather the right data ?
