Rutc50 5g nr ca

Here we see that the modem in the Teltonika RUTC50 has performed Carrier Aggregation (CA) with two 5G carriers in NSA mode, which is incorrect and not feasible. At other times, it displays the correct frequencies. It would be good to have this fixed in a future firmware update.

Additionally, if anyone can help, the device was purchased as new, but I am unable to connect to RMS for the free 1-month period because it says the license has expired.

hi,

Why would you think that NR CA is not possible in NSA? 5G | ShareTechnote

As long as the operator has enabled it, it’s absolutely possible

Hi, what’s wrong here?

Hello,

The RUTC50 can connect to two 5G carriers in NSA mode—this is normal behavior.

Regarding RMS, if you purchased the device from a reseller (not directly from us), unfortunatelly, we cannot guarantee that it hasn’t been used before or connected to a different RMS company. Most likely, if you receive a “license expired” error, it means the device has already been used and has consumed its free one-month trial in RMS.

Best regards,

on mikrotik 5g chataeu ax, same exact place, same sim card, one version of CA is that (and it’s faster) and the other version of CA is more bands from teltonika.

Why the Rutc50 can’t connect on these combos, and how to force it? especially like the photo…
