RUT956 Problem Configure Communication with Coruz EVC EVO+

hello Mr. Marija

I have Teltonika RUT956 configure using Modbus Device RS232 in RUT956 then connected with EVC EVO+ CORUZ, for communication take Data Log (temp, pressure etc) with Address Registered same Values both of them

Then, i tried to testing with instance add request for send data into RUT956, but show error messages below
"show error messages failed to test request, check your configuration in Teltonika RUT 956 feature Modbus Device Configuration.

when connecting RUT956 into EVC EVO+ using Isolated Barrier NPEXA 712 Port RS 232 into RUT 956 where is the problem ?"

Please help me, Thanks for Sharing

Hello,

Could you please confirm if the initially described issue with the failed Modbus serial client request still persists?

If so, based on the provided information and screenshots, one possible cause could be the **timeout value; it seems to be set to twice the value of the request period. The first thing to check is whether changing it to 5 or 10 seconds (or the default 1) provides any improvement.

Additionally, please double-check the RS232 serial communication wiring between the RUT956 and the EVC EVO+. Incorrect wiring is a very common cause of communication issues in these types of setups. Refer to the EVC EVO+ user manual to ensure all wiring follows the required pinout for the RS232 interface.

From EVO+ manual

Let me know if adjusting these settings and checking the wiring resolves the issue, or if further assistance is needed.

Best regards,

Many Thanks The Solution is in Wiring from New Part DB9 RS232 into RUT956, not function anomaly from Wiring DB9 RS232, when tried using others DB9 RS232 like Description in RUT956 Serial Utilities - Teltonika Networks Wiki

Then Running Normally

Thanks for Advanced Supporting
