If you’re currently connected as admin, please note that this user account is intended only for access through the WebUI (web interface) and does not have sufficient permissions to execute commands in the CLI environment.
Instead, you’ll have to login to the SSH as the “root” user. To connect as root, simply open an SSH session to your device and log in using your root credentials. Once you’re logged in, you’ll have full access to execute the necessary commands.
For step-by-step instructions, you can follow this guide on how to connect to your device and access the CLI:
If you encounter any issues while connecting or running commands, feel free to share a screenshot of your SSH session or any error messages — I’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot further.
