Rut956 flashing red and green led

My new rut956 has stopped seeing my 2 SIM cards…after many attempts of rebooting…I have done a factory reset…I now only have a flashing green and red led ?
With the SIM cards installed or not

The LED signal indicates that either the SIM card is not properly inserted or the PIN is incorrect. Please check both of these factors and try again.

I have tried replacing the Sims but still have the red and green flashing led …I have no network to log into to input the SIM pin…

The RUT9565 has WiFi. If the device boots up, you should be able to connect to it using the credentials provided on the device.

You should be able to connect to the device.

For connecting via WiFi, make sure the antennas are correctly screwed on. You can check the bottom of the router for the WiFi name to connect to.

For connecting via an ethernet cable, I recommend using a computer instead of the USB to ethernet adapter you mentioned, as there might be an issue with it.
