I updated our RUT956 to the most recent firmware (RUT9M_R_00.07.10 - from Server). After this update the device did not power on automatically. But moreover, the device does not connect to the RMS administration any more (it is included in the RMS devices since more than one year). If I want to add the device manually as additional device on the RMS portal I get the error: “Device could not be added, please contact support for more information.”
What is wrong here? Do devices lose RMS support when carrying out a firmware update?
I urgently need to have remote management for this device because I only have very seldom physical access to the device. I am at the location of the device now, until 4.11. morning.

thanks for your advice. Interestingly, today, the router is connected to the RMS portal like it was before, without any action from my side. So, the problem is solved and I am happy. But I don’t know the reason why it is working now.
The firmware was updated from 7.7 (if I recall correctly), to 7.10. Would this be a major step?
