RUT956 Event juggler and Wifi scanner missing

Hi all

I have just updated my RUT956 to **RUT9M_R_00.07.22.1.
**
After that, I have seen that Event Juggler is missing, showing several errors.
Several errors appear in system log too.

Now, I have learnt that the package Wifi Scanner is not working either.
No errors in the Wifi Scanner window, but there are errors in the System log:

Greetings,

Could you please try reflashing the router’s firmware via the bootloader menu by following these instructions: RUT956 Device Recovery Options - Teltonika Networks Wiki

The issue may have occurred due to software migration problems during the firmware update, especially if there was a significant gap between versions.

The previous firmware was rather recent, 00.07.20.3

Anyway I will have to wait until I can go where the router is.
I will inform you then.

Can I do anything meanwhile?
I made a backup before the update. Can it solve the issue?
I do not want to try it if it could make things worse, as the other router functions are working well.

finally I could try your instructions on the router.

First, I reflashed the firmware to the new version RUT9M_R_00.07.22.1 via the bootloader, and then I recovered the backup. But, the router went back to the previous situation with the same problems :-(.

Later, I changed the firmware to the old one, RUT9M_R_00.07.20.3, and recovered the same backup again, as the configuration was lost.
Now the Event Juggler is running as before, maintaning the previously defined events.

So, it looks that it is problem related with the firmware update to RUT9M_R_00.07.22.1

Note: New Data inputs on Data to server cannot select the Wifi scanner type, although previously defined ones continue working with that data type.
Probably this is an error not related to the above one.

Hi Justina,

I updated the router firmware to RUT9M_R_00.07.21.2, and the router worked perfectly. Those errors did not appear.

But, later I have updated to RUT9M_R_00.07.22.3, and those errors are shown again.
Then I have just update to the last version RUT9M_R_00.07.23.4, but the problems continue there.

Any idea how to solve it, because now I have to return to firmware RUT9M_R_00.07.21.2 and I do not know if I will be able to update it in the future.
