Could you please check if your SIM card has an active data plan? Also, kindly confirm with your carrier that there are no restrictions or limitations on the SIM. Additionally, please check with the provider to ensure that the router’s IMEI is not blocked.
In the router’s WebUI, navigate to Network → WAN, edit the mobile interface, and make sure the correct APN is selected. On the same page, verify the PDP type—for example, if your SIM supports only IPv4, please select IPv4 (as the default is usually IPv4/IPv6).
thanks for the tips, i have switched PDPto IPv4 but without success,
APN Settings are manually and should be correct.
I will also ask the provider if they can see anything in the subscription.
Is there a possibility to record/log what service the modem requests before the connection is rejected?
