RUT956 Disconnected from 4G network

Hello there. I’m using a few RUT956s with 4G connection and manual APN. Some of them disconnected from the network frequently and need to reboot to reconnect again. They are running with firmware version RUT9M_R_00.07.10/11. Any idea?

To better understand the issue, could you please confirm if the mobile connection signal strength is constant and stable?

Additionally, when this issue occurs, could you try restarting the connection via the WebUI? You can do this by navigating to Status → Network → Restart Connection and see if that resolves the issue temporarily.

If this helps, but the issue persists, you can set up an Auto Reboot feature to automatically restart the mobile connection or reboot the modem. You can configure this by going to System → Maintenance → Auto Reboot.

Thanks Martynas, but the problem is, the connection can goes out in just a few hours after each reboot, so I don’t think it is really helpful.

btw, the signal is stable and strong.
