Rut956 connect/disconnect mobile interface

Hi

I have a problem with rut956

The modem connects and disconnects all the time.

I have : RUT9M_R_00.07.16.6 and EC25EUXGAR08A13M1G

But, in other rut956 ( RUT9M_R_00.07.07.3 and EC25EUXGAR08A15M1G ) works fine. How can I update the modem firmware? I think …13M1G dont work, but …15M1G works fine

From the troubleshoot file you provided, I see that the RSRP signal value (which you can check in Status → Network → Mobile in the WebUI) is rated as fair to poor. This may cause disconnections.

This helped keeping the connection more persistent in my RUT241:

Set the ‘Preferred network type’ for the SIM in question to “4G Only” in Network, Mobile, Connection
