RUT956 cannot connect via Zerotier

Hi there,
I have a RUT956 which I want to use for testing PLCs in the field. Using the instructions below, I have been able to add it to my ZT network, but I cannot ping it from my PC which is on ZT, nor can I ping my PC from the RUT956 using the web UI and connected through the wifi. Obviously, I also cannot access my PLCs. Is there something obvious I’m missing here that is not in the instructions? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
