RUT956 cannot connect to RMS

Hi, recently bought an RUT956 (first time Teltonika user) and it’s giving an error connecting to RMS - “Network is unreachable”.

The RUT956 has access - I’m writing this via the RUT956’s mobile connection and are also logged into RMS.

I’ve tried the other hostname, no difference. Also disabled then enabled via ‘connection type’.

Also tried removing then re-adding the device in RMS. No difference. This is what it looks like:

I haven’t bought any credits, but according to the RMS website I get a free trial:

Not sure if there is something going wrong with that?

Is your WAN DNS working properly?
Mobile connection set to IPv4 only?

Can you browse the web correctly when being connected through RUT956?

Changing the mobile connection from IPv4/IPv6 to IPv4 has fixed it. Don’t recall reading about that anywhere, but it’s working now so thanks!
