I have issues, that too often modems disconnects form RMS system, and goes to offline, when it happens couple users receives emails. Usually it happens almost to all modems and we receive a lot of emails. i assume that some centra server process are restarted ? how to ensure some timer form email sending lets assume than offline timer is higher that 3 minutes.
After disconnection modem stays offline, and manual reconnect only return modem to online. to solve this problem i have created script which monitors connection and reconnects if it is not online.
