I bought a Teltonika device RUT956AF which says it is compatible with US networking but I found it is not compatible with US network when I talked to them. I have talked to Verizon, T-moile and AT&T. The message I got from the shop manager was “Sorry your device is not compatible with our network”.
Verizon, AT&T are not compatible
Anyone can help?

Could you please clarify, were you inquiring the operators regarding an eSIM or a physical SIM?

I have a physical sim from T-mobile and it is a prepaid plan. Can you please confirm it will work without additional settings when the the T-mobile sim card is plugged into the RUT956? Any additional settings and additional activation needed? Did you check it with T-Mobile or Verizon? Thanks.

After checking the product code of the RUT956, I can confirm that your particular model should be compatible with both networks. This matches the information previously provided by my colleague, which included support for both networks.
Regarding sim card activation there should just couple things you should check, 1- check if sim card has pin code. 2- if sim card slot is active. You can do both by easily navigating to:
Network>Mobile>General.
