Looking for some help. We have 10 RUT955 routers, i’ve recently updated 5 of the routers to version RUT9_R_00.07.06.20. Since the update I can no longer connect over VPN to a PTZ Hik Vision camera that was connected to it.
However the other 5 routers that weren’t updated can connect to them fine over VPN.
On the updated routers I can access the camera over port forward without any issues and I can also connect to other devices on the updated routers through vpn.
I can also ping the camera when the VPN is enabled.
The VPN is an IPSEC Lantolan VPN with IKEv2.
I have mirrored the firewall settings from a working RUT955 and made sure the zones match as well but still no joy.
