RUT955 needs additional authentication for RMS

Hello,
I just tried to add a Teltonika RUT955 to the RMS portal. Unfortunately, this is not possible. The portal indicates that a additional authentication is required. How can I implement this? I tried inserting the code from the portal into the router and manually activated the connection. However, the router does not connect and always shows a license error.
