RUT955 lost serial and MAC in UI

Hi! I have a Teltonika RUT955.
It was not working, so I did a factory reset and a successful firmware upgrade to RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5
I can now access the UI, and I successfully changed the SSID, username, and password.
But product code, serial number, hardware revision, and batch number remain empty.
MAC is ffffffffffff.

Can we recover this unit?
Can this device go beyond RUT9XX_R_00.06.09.5, and all the way to RUT9_R_00.07.06.20?

Here is a short summary of our remote session:

During the session we managed to connect to the router and using CLI commands I managed to restore the mnf information of the router. After that, we flashed the firmware using bootloader menu. The initial issue has been resolved, therefore, I am closing this topic.
