I have a Rut955 that ideally open/closes the relay (5/10) based on entering and leaving a geo fence.
Firmware v. RUT9_R_00.07.06.18
I have looked into I/O juggler but i cant seem but pick anything related to a geo location there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes the Geofencing is not included in the I/O juggler, but you could execute it via script:
If I recall correctly, to do so you can change the value using uci set
Another idea would be is to switch between profiles, where the relays would be closed on one profile and on another one it would be opened, where in the geofence triggers you can switch between profiles.
