Hello Teltonika Support, with all due respect, I find the handling of issues in this new forum a bit strange. They have an “expiry date” after which they are automatically closed, regardless of whether one has received a response or not. It’s not without work for the customer to test Teltonika devices and, if necessary, post an issue. Many of these issues can help R&D improve the product, even in this late phase of product life cycle; it is strange enough that customers are faced with hundreds of fixes and new features for a mature product near EOL which is on the market for years. Meanwhile I have lost two issues without any answer just by automatic closure. Greetings, Guenther
