I am trying to connect my router to the network. My SIM-Card is working in my current phone, the router has the lastest firmware. I also tried both slots and had a reset on the router.
All the different steps I’ve read in different/older threats doesn’t really belong to my topic or not relevant - I’ve set up different routers before and the Sim connection always worked,
I’ve tried the SIM-Card before and it worked in diffrent devices - e.g. my mobile phone and another Teltonika Router (RUTX09). The router in this case has a mobile modem.
My operator is “Telekom” or T-Mobile - we had another Sim-Card also Telekom/T-Mobile which not worked at the costumers project. Unfortunately I cannot test another SIM Card from Telfonica for example because of E-Sim.
I’ve attached a screenshot from the overview which might help to indicate the issue.
Well it seems that the SIM is inserted and registers - so kudos to that, modem is working
So what other step should be is check the APN - try changing the APN from auto to manual and there should be retrieved a list of APN’s for your operator, try to go through them and see if it works.
Another information from the operator found my research is this one:
APN Mobilfunk | Telekom Hilfe
(sorry - it’s german) - I used the first part “aktuelle APN” and changed the password accordingly to the page, but still no success with the connection.
