I have successfully fixed a couple of Teltonika RUT955 devices via firmware updates, but this one specific unit is giving me a really hard time. I’ve tried everything possible, but it won’t update the bootloader from version 1.0.0, no matter which firmware I use.
Please advise what to do.
Yes, I tried updating the firmware from 192.168.1.1/index.html and the update completed, but the bootloader still did not change.
Because RUT955 is not working properly. I have it on cellular, and after every reboot of Teltonika i have to re do the cellular settings to start working. I know i resolve this once before with updating it to new UI (but, it had bootloader v3 on it already). This specific rut955 is also not showing signal strenght with led indicators, but it is nonstop red led indicator…
What else do you recommend then, if not updating the router?
