HI Support,

Please could I get assistance with the SIP ALG config on my routers. I need to check if it is supported and turn it off it is turned on.

Hi there,

Kindly navigate to your device WebUI > Network > Firewall > Settings > Disable Automatic helper assignment. Afterward, reboot your device just to ensure that changes apply.
